摘要
目前高职人才培养的社会适应性不强,表现在培养目标没有真正实现、社会认可度不高等方面。针对上述实际,高职院校应主动融入地方发展、专业建设融入产业发展、重视学生人文素质、提高高职吸引力,以增强高职院校人才培养的社会适应性。
The social adaptability of talents objectives, training results and social recognition corrective measures are put forward, in regard to tegration of industry development, the importance training is not strong enough, manifested in the training aspects. In view of Zhejiang's Practical situation, some colleges' integration of local development, specialty's in- of students' humanities quality.
