摘要
对点接触纯滑动弹流润滑进行了理论分析 ,应用“温度 -粘度楔”机理给出了关于 Kaneta等在光干涉弹流实验中观察到的油膜局部增厚的反常现象的合理解释 .数值解说明上述实验中固体表面出现凹陷主要是因热效应所致 .
Theoretical analysis to the TEHL in point contacts has been carried out. The abnormal local film thickening phenomena observed by Kaneta and co workers in their optical interferometry experiment was explained reasonably by “temperature viscosity wedge” mechanism. Numerical solutions show that the formation of the dimples on the solid surfaces observed in the experiment is mainly attributed to thermal effects. It is imperative for the formation of dimples that the solid with small thermal conductive coefficient moves and that with big thermal conductive coefficient stationary. The depth of the dimples was largely affected by viscosity pressure coefficient.
