摘要
文章旨在探讨本科教学评价的重要性、原则及相关的创新做法。有效能的教师运用评价的做法,不仅仅是为了替学生评分,更重要的是评价学生的努力和进步情形,并以之作为课程计划的依据。教师应该把评价当作教学活动一个不断进行、可持续的部分。教师必须仔细地检视评价的结果,以便确认学生的学习需求、误解;针对课程目标、教学资料提出调整的方法;同时,也检视评价措施本身的缺点,以寻求改进。
This article aims to explore the importance, principles and related innovation practice of undergraduate teaching evaluation. From this paper, it can be found that many effective teachers apply evaluation approaches, not just to score for students. More importantly, it is to evaluate the students" efforts and progress situation, and use them as the basis of their curriculum plans. In a word, teachers should take evaluation as a continuous and sustainable part of teaching activities. They must carefully examine the results of evaluation in order to confirm learning needs of students and their misunderstanding, put forward adjustment means for curriculum objectives and teaching resources, and meanwhile, examine evaluation measures themselves so as to seek imvrovement.
