摘要
为探讨Graves病患者IL—2的变化及可能影响因素。我们测定了40例初发Graves病患者的IL—2,并与正常对照相比较。结果Graves病患者IL—2水平显著低于正常对照组。不同性别及家族史患者IL—2水平间无显著差异。结果提示Graes病患者IL—2异常可能与疾病机理有关。
To investigate the variation of IL - 2 in the patients with Graves disease. We have tested the 1L - 2 of 40 patients with Graves disease and comparied with that of normal controls. The IL - 2 in the patients was notably lower than that of normal controls. Significant differece of IL - 2 were not observed in patients with different sexes and family history. The variation of IL - 2 in the patients with Graves disease may be related to the mechanism of the disease.
