摘要
建立和完善高校教师岗位聘任制使高校教师资源得到合理且优化的配置,促进师资队伍建设。但岗位聘任制在推行过程中还存在诸多问题,如对岗位聘任制认识不到位、岗位聘任的形式化、缺乏有效考核机制等。要使高校岗位聘任制顺利实施,必须建立健全各项制度,进一步完善岗位聘任制;科学设置岗位,明确岗位职责;建立行之有效的考核与激励机制;建立合理的人才流动机制,确保岗位聘任制的实施,使高校和教职工双方利益都得到保障。
