转移性平滑肌瘤一例

摘要 患者女，58岁，主因“时有右下腹痛1年余，加重15d”于2011年8月4日人院。患者右下腹痛常于憋尿时或排便前发作，排尿、排便后渐缓解，每日发作3—5次，持续约20～40min。在外院曾诊断“肠功能紊乱”，给予口服药物治疗，无效。2007年因子宫肌瘤在外院行“全子宫＋双附件切除术”，
