microRNA在肾脏病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 真核生物的基因表达通常通过DNA转录成mRNA,由rRNA和tRNA辅助,翻译合成蛋白质实现.Fire和Mello博士首次提出的双链RNA介导RNA干扰基因沉默(RNA interference-gene silencing)的机制证明,体内存在一类小RNA,在DNA转录后水平对基因表达进行调控.这类小RNA即非编码RNA,包括内源性产生的miRNA(microRNA)和外源性介入的siRNA(short interfering RNA)两类.本文就microRNA的特性、作用和检测技术及其在肾脏病中的研究进展作一综述.
