胸壁小切口经右心室穿刺室间隔缺损封堵术治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 室间隔缺损作为最常见的先天性心血管发育畸形,约占所有先天性心血管疾病的25%～30%,手术为目前治疗该疾病的惟一有效手段.在心肺旁路支持下的传统外科开胸手术作为室间隔缺损矫治经典术式,在取得良好远期预后的同时存在较高的并发症发生率及死亡率.近二十年来,经皮穿刺导管介入封堵术在室间隔缺损的矫治中展示了它的有效性及安全性,但该术式对患者的适应证选择较为严格,尤其针对低龄患儿存在较高手术风险.
