动态增强MRI在前列腺癌中的应用及进展 被引量：3

摘要 前列腺疾病是男性的常见病和多发病,近年来前列腺癌（prostate cancer）在我国的发病率逐年上升[1],已成为危害我国老年男性生命健康的重要疾病.随着MR应用研究和计算机后处理技术的不断发展,MR功能成像在前列腺癌的诊断及治疗后疗效的评估中开辟了新的领域,包括MR扩散加权成像（diffusion weighted imaging,DWI）、动态对比增强MRI（dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI,DCE-MRI）、MR波谱成像（MR spectroscopy,MRS）、血氧水平依赖性成像（blood oxygen level dependent imaging,BOLD）和MR灌注加权成像（perfusion weighted imaging,PWI）等技术.
