舒张性心力衰竭的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 流行病学及相关实验发现舒张胜心力衰竭（DHF）发病JOL$0与收缩性心力衰竭（SHF）不同。虽然对定义为DHF或左心室射血分数（IJVEF）尚保留的心力衰竭（HFPEF）存在争议，但有辅助影像学数据支持的临床诊断标准，认为DHF是一种单独的病理生理学综合征。DHF的病理机制包括：基质动力学异常、心肌细胞骨架的改变以及主动舒张功能受损等。
