摘要
采用在体电活动记录方法,观察DDPH[1-(2,6-二甲基苯氧基)-2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯乙氨基)丙烷盐酸盐〕对兔输尿管平滑肌电活动影响。结果表明; DDPH 8 mg/kg静脉给药后 45 min,输尿管平滑肌电活动频率开始显著减慢(P<0.05),而 16 mg/kg给药后 1min即开始显著减慢(P<0.05),且持续 2 h以上。提示,DDPH可对兔输尿管平滑肌电活动产生一定的负性影响。
By using in vivo electrical activity recording, the effects of DDPH [1-(2, 6- dimethylphenoxy)-2- (3, 4-dimethoxy phenylethylamino) propane hydrochloride]on the frequency of electrical activity in ureteral smooth muscle of rabbits were studied. DDPH 8 mg/kg can decrease the frequency of electrical activity 45 min after intravenous administrationn (P<0. 05); 16 mg/kg,the frequency lower immediately and last more than 2 h (P<0. 05). The results suggested that DDPH produce negative effects on rabbit smooth musculature of the ureter.
