鞍区中枢神经细胞瘤一例 被引量：4

Extraventricular neurocytoma of the sellar region:one case report

摘要 患者男,40岁.因＂头部外伤后发现鞍区肿瘤3周要求手术治疗＂入院,偶伴有头晕,无恶心、呕吐,无多饮、多尿,既往左眼视力较差,已数年.体检：一般情况良好,左侧视力0.1,右侧1.0,无其他阳性体征. 头部CT扫描：鞍内及鞍上见不规则形团块影,以高密度为主,实性部分CT值约47 HU,内部散在分布小片状液性密度影;矢状面重建示垂体窝扩大;增强扫描病变呈欠均匀的中等强化,CT值约63 HU.
