空心钢锭镦粗过程的数值模拟

摘要 由空心钢锭锻制筒类件的过程分为钢锭倒棱、镦粗、芯棒拔长三大步骤。目前,对空心钢锭镦粗的过程研究很少。为制定准确的镦粗工艺参数并指导实际生产,应用有限元软件DEFORM-3D建立相应的分析模型,对空心钢锭镦粗过程进行了模拟,从锻件应力、应变及损伤值三个方面进行了分析对比,为确定合理的镦粗工艺提供了参考。 The whole forging process of the hollow ingot for cylinder parts was divided into three steps, including chamfering, upsetting and stretching. At present, Research on the upsetting process of hollow ingot is very few. In order to make accurate upsetting process parameters and guide the practical production, an analysis model was created by finite element software DEFORM-3D, the upsetting process of hollow ingot was simulated and comparatively analyzed from three aspects of forgings stress, strain and damage value, which provides some references for the reasonable determination of the upsetting technology.
