高效无氟精炼渣的研究应用

摘要 为满足在35min内把硫脱至0.005%以下,溶解氧含量降低到2ppm,在现有基础上,采用部分预熔调渣剂替代萤石,再配加一定比例活性石灰,对渣系的组元和理化指标进行适当优化调整。根据不同冶炼钢种优化选择合适的配比,提高综合精炼效果和钢包寿命。同时精炼取消萤石,实现无氟炼钢,改善现场环境。 In order to make the sulfur contents below 0.005% in 35 minutes and the dissolved oxygen content under 2ppm, basing on the present refining slag, the components and physicochemical indexes of slag system are properly optimized and adjusted by using the premelting slag agent instead of fluorite and matching some proportion active lime. According to the different smelting steel grades, appropriate proportions are optimized and choose to improve comprehensive refining effects and the ladle life, which realizes the fluorite-free steelmaking and improves the work environment.
