膝关节骨性关节炎患者足底压力分布规律分析

The analysis of the regularity of dynamic and static planta pressure in patients with osteoarthritis of knee

目的获取膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者足底各区域的动静态压力峰值,分析OA患者足底压力分布规律。方法选择符合KOA诊断标准的双侧患病者共40例及正常对照20例,入选后采用Alfoot公司的Gaitview足底压力测量仪进行测试。获取动静态足底压力峰值,对测试结果进行统计学分析。结果静态时左足跟外侧(L8S)区压力OA组小于对照组,右足第5跖骨(R5S)、右足中部(R6S)区压力OA组大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);动态时OA组与对照组之间比较差异无统计学意义。结论 OA患者静态时足底压力L8S区小于正常人,R5S、R6S区大于正常人,压力向足外侧重新分布;动态压力无明显改变。

Objective According to biomechanics change of the patients with osteoarthritis（OA） of knee,foot analyzer was used to collect static and dynamic planta pressure data to evaluate pedobarographic findings in knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods Forty OA patients were elected.Twenty normal controls were elected.The Gaitview foot analyzer offered by Alfoot Company was used to measure the parameters of KOA patients.All of the statistical analysis were performed by SPSS 13.0,and α=0.05 was thought to be an accepted level.Results Comparing with parameters of pressure in OA group and in normal group,there was statistical significance.In static state,the percentage of left outboard pressure in OA group was lighter than normal group,the percentage of right No.5 metatarsal bone and right middle foot were higher than the normal group,there was statistical significance.While in dynamic state,the difference between OA group and normal group was not significant.Conclusions The regularity of foot pressure in KOA group is different from the normal.In static state,the percentage of left outboard pressure in OA group is lighter than normal group,the percentage of right No.5 metatarsal bone and right middle foot are higher than the normal group,the center of the pressure drift to lateral of the foot.
