SLE患者外周血单个核细胞中IL-6 IL-10表达研究

The IL-6 IL-10 Expression in the Peripheral Mononuclear Cell of the Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.

目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ） 患者中Ｔｈ２ 型细胞因子ｍ ＲＮＡ 的表达。方法 用逆转录多聚酶链反应（ ＲＴＰＣＲ） 法检测了１０ 例正常人和１５ 例活动期ＳＬＥ 患者外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ） 中白介素６（ＩＬ６） 和白介素１０（ＩＬ１０） ｍ ＲＮＡ 表达的水平。结果 与正常人相比，活动期ＳＬＥ 患者ＰＢＭＣ 中ＩＬ６ 和ＩＬ１０ ｍ ＲＮＡ 的表达水平均增高（ 均 Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论 ＳＬＥ 患者中Ｔｈ２ 型细胞因子ＩＬ６ ＩＬ１０ 的表达上调，可能在发病机制中起一定作用。

Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of Th2 type cytokines in SLE patients.Methods Applying RT PCR technique to semiquantitatively analyse the mRNA expression of IL 6 and IL 10 in the PBMCs from 10 normal controls and 15 SLE patients.Results Compared with normal controls,the mRNA expression of IL 6 and IL 10 in SLE PBMCs was significantly increased( P <0.01,both).Conclusion The Th2 type cytokine IL 6 IL 10 expression in active SLE patients is up regulated,which might play some roles in the pathogenesis of SLE.
