伐昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗初发生殖器疱疹的对比研究

Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Versus Aciclovir in the Treatment of First Episode Genital Herpes:a Controlled,Randomized Open Trial.

目的 评价伐昔洛韦治疗初发生殖器疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法 将２８ 例初发生殖器疱疹患者随机分为伐昔洛韦治疗组和阿昔洛韦对照组。治疗后第１ 、２ 、３ 、５ 、７ 、１０ 天分别作临床观察，对部分病例作治疗后病毒培养。结果 治疗组和对照组的症状消失时间、皮损愈合时间、治疗后病毒排放时间差异均无显著性意义（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。两组病例不良反应相似且轻微。结论 伐昔洛韦是治疗初发生殖器疱疹的安全有效药物。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of valaciclovir hydochloridein of the treatment of first episode genital herpes.Methods Twenty eight patients with first episode genital herpes were randomly allocated to receive either oral valaciclovir or aciclovir in an open trial.Patients were assessed clinically in clinic on six occasions over 10 days,and lesions were cultured for herpes simplex virus in part of typical patients.Results No significant differences were found between two groups for the lesion healing time,the duration of symptoms,and the duration of viral shedding ( P >0.05).Adverse experiences were generally infrequent and mild,and were comparable in two groups.Conclusion It is indicated that valaciclovir hydrochloride is as effective and well tolerated as aciclovir in treatment of first episode genital herpes.
