ECD气相色谱法同时测定多种有机氯和有机磷农药

Determination of organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticides by ECD-GC

目的:建立一种用电子捕获检测器同时测定有机氯和有机磷的检测方法。方法:样品中有机磷和有机氯用乙腈提取,混合分散固相萃取净化后采用毛细管柱程序升温,ECD检测器检测。结果:8种有机氯和9种有机磷农药分离良好,回收率72%～103%,RSD为1.9%～7.6%,最低检出浓度0.6μg/kg～3.2μg/kg。结论:用ECD检测器同时对666等8种有机氯和敌敌畏等9种有机磷农药,结果比较满意。

Objective：The method for testing the more organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticides simultaneously by ECD was established.Methods：The organochlorine and organophosphorus in sample were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by hybrid dispersive solid-phase extraction,heated by capillary column and determined by ECD detector.Results：The eight organochlorine and nine organophosphorus pesticides were isolated well,the recovery rate was 72%～103%,the RSD was 1.9%～7.6%,the concentration limit was 0.6 μg/kg～3.2 μg/kg.Conclusion：It was suitable to use ECD detector to detect 8 kinds of organochlorine and 9 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides simultaneously.
