Improvement of the method for determination of Lead in blood by GFAAS

摘要 目的:建立一种快速、有效的GFAAS测定血铅的方法。方法:用0.1%曲拉通X100+0.1%Pd+0.1%Mg(NO3)2的混合化学改进剂稀释血样后直接上GFAAS测定,通过标准加入-校准曲线法计算出结果。结果:铅浓度在0μg/L~100μg/L范围内的标准曲线相关系数为0.999,检测限为1.7μg/L,精密度范围为1.80%~2.93%,回收率96.2%~104.2%,质控样品的测定结果符合要求。结论:本法操作简便、灵敏、精密度好、准确度高,适合日常大批量样品的检测。 Objective:To establish a rapid and effective method for determination of lead in blood by GFAAS.Methods:The samples were diluted with chemical modifier mixture of 0.1% Triton X100 +0.1% Pd +0.1% Mg(No3) 2 and then directly determined by GFAAS with standard addition-calibration curve method.Results:The correlation coefficient of standard curve within 0 μg/L~100 μg/L was 0.999,with detection limit of 1.7 μg/L,RSDs were 1.80%~2.93% and recoveries were 96.2%~104.2%.The results of quality control sample met the requirements.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,precisive and accurate.It's suitable for routine application with large numbers of samples.
