摘要
目的:建立用火焰原子吸收法测定水产品中钡的方法。方法:样品经湿法消解后,消解液中的钡用硫酸沉淀过滤,硫酸钡在氨碱性EDTA溶液中煮沸溶解,在波长553.6 nm处用火焰原子吸收法测定水产品中钡的含量。结果:采用本法,钡浓度在0 mg/L~200 mg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99923),方法的检出限为5.2 mg/kg。测定样品的相对标准偏差在2.0%~3.5%之间,回收率在92.2%~101.4%之间。结论:该方法操作简便,线性范围宽,干扰因素小,有较好的精密度和准确度,可用于水产品中钡的定量检测。
Objective:To set up a method for determination of barium in aquatic products by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods:Barium in samples was precipitated with sulfuric acid after wet digestion,then barium sulfate was dissolved in boiled alkaline ammonia EDTA solution.The level of barium in aquatic products was detected at wavelength of 553.6 nm by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results:With this method,the concentration of barium showed good linearity with absorbance in the range of 0 mg/ml~200 mg/ml(r = 0.99923).The limit of detection was 5.2 mg/kg,RSD was between 2.0%~3.5%,and the recovery was 92.2%~101.4%.Conclusion:This method can be used for quantitative detection of barium in aquatic products with the advantages of easy operation,wide linearity range,little interference,good precision and accuracy.
