摘要
目的:改进咽试子采集方法,提高荧光定量肺炎支原体DNA检测阳性率。方法:对2008年-2011年支原体肺炎患儿随机分成两组,一组为对照组180例,直接用无菌咽试子留取标本,另一组为实验组170例,取标本前给患儿以α糜蛋白酶4000u加4.3%无菌盐水10 ml气雾咽喉部,5 min~10 min后再用同样的方法留取咽拭子标本,进行荧光定量DNA检验。结果:实验组阳性率为72.35%,对照组阳性率为47.22%,两组差异显著。结论:在采集咽拭子标本前行高渗盐水雾化吸入,提高了支原体肺炎患者DNA检测阳性率。
Objective:To improve the specimens collecting method and the positive rate of the fluorescent quantitative detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA.Methods:From 2008 to 2011,pediatric patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into two groups randomly with 180 cases as control group and 170 cases as experimental group.In the control group,the specimens were the sterile throat swabs from patients,while in experimental group,the pharyngeal specimens were taken after spraying with 10 ml sterile saline water and 4000-α-chymotrypsin for 5 min~10 min,then fluorescent quantitative DNA was employed for specimens test.Results:The results found that the positive rate of pharyngeal specimens sprayed by sterile saline water was 72.35%,while that of control group was 47.22%.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The pharyngeal specimens sprayed by sterile saline water before collection can improve the positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumonia DNA.
