员工福利对知识型员工流失的内在因素分析——以H勘察企业为例

摘要 本文基于对H勘察企业实施员工福利稳定人才队伍的实证分析,探讨了知识型员工流失的原因,以及员工福利计划对企业员工流转的影响因素。提出员工福利应在保持保健型福利的基础上,强化经济型福利和职业发展型福利计划,设计阶梯式动态福利计划等建议,力图对解决勘察设计企业人员流转问题提供参考。
