尿道会师牵引术加硅胶管持续尿道扩张治疗后尿道断裂

Urethra realignment with traction and urethral stent for the treatment of posterior urethral disruption complicated pelvic fracture

目的 提高骨盆骨折后尿道断裂手术治疗效果。 方法 对５２ 例骨盆骨折后尿道断裂患者行尿道会师牵引，术后１２～１４ 天，尿道内置入三根直径２．４ ～３ ．０ ｍ ｍ 硅胶管，持续尿道扩张３个月。 结果 ５２ 例患者治愈５０ 例，治愈率９６％ ，良好２ 例，良好率４％ 。 结论 此术式简便易行，安全有效，可显著降低尿道感染及狭窄的发生。

Objective To evaluate urethra realignment with traction and urethral stent for the treatment of posterior urethral disruption complicated pelvic fracture. Methods In 52 cases of posterior urethral disruption complicated pelvic fracture,12～14 days after realignment of the urethra with traction,3 silicone catheters 2.4～3.0mm in diameter were laid in the urethra for 3 months. Results The cure rate has been 96% (50/52) and the improve rate 4% (2/52). Conclusions The stated approach for the treatment of posterior urethral disruption is safe,simple and highly effective.Urethral infection or/and stricture could be dramatically reduced.
