川芎嗪对体外循环心内直视手术患者心肌保护的临床研究

Cardiac Protective Effects of Tetramethylpyrazine in Patients Performed Open Heart Operation with Cardiopulmonary Bypass

目的 :探讨川芎嗪对体外循环心内直视手术患者心肌保护的效果。方法 :12例风湿性瓣膜病患者 ,随机分为对照组和用药组 ,每组 6例 ,用药组在体外循环预充液中加入盐酸川芎嗪 3mg·kg- 1·BW- 1,观察了术前、术中及术后 72h患者血流动力学变化及血液中肌酸磷酸激酶 (CPK)和肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶 (CPK -MB)含量变化。结果 :用药组术后各项血流动力学指标优于对照组 ,血液中CPK、CPK -MB含量在术后 12、2 4、4 8h低于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :川芎嗪能够改善心内直视手术患者术后心功能障碍 ;减少心肌细胞心肌酶的释放 ,具有良好的心肌保护作用。

Objective: To study the cardiac protective effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on patients undergoing cardiac operation. Methods: Twelve patients with rheumatic heart disease were randomly divided into the TMP group and the control group, 6 in each group. The changes of hemodynamics, serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK), creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme (CPK MB) levels were observed before, during and 72 hours after operation. Results: The hemodynamic indexes in the TMP group were better than those in the control group after operation, the serum CPK, CPK MB levels measuring 12h, 24h and 48h after operation in the TMP group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: TMP has good cardiac protective function in patients undergoing cardiac operation in improving cardial function and reducing the release of myocardial enzymes.
