乌体林斯联合液氮冷冻治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical effects of utlin combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum

目的:观察乌体林斯注射液治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:治疗组33例,肌肉注射乌体林斯联合液氮冷冻治疗,对照组31例单用液氮冷冻治疗,比较两组复发率。结果:治疗组有5例复发,复发率15.15%,对照组有12例复发,复发率38.71%,两组复发率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:乌体林斯联合液氮冷冻治疗能显著降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,临床疗效高。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of utlin injection in treating condyloma acuminaturn （CA）. Methods：33 cases of CA in the treatment group were given intramuscular injections combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, while 31 cases with CA in the control group were treated with only liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. Then the recurrence rate of both group were compared. Results：There were 5 cases of recurrence in the treatment group with a recurrence rate of 15.15 %, but 12 cases in the control group with a recurrence rate of 38.71%. There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate of CA between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The treatment of CA by utlin injection combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy has high clinical effects and can remarkably reduce the recurrence rate of CA.
