原发灶对侧颏下岛状皮瓣整复口腔颌面部缺损研究

On the application of contralateral primary tumor submental island flap to reconstructing oral and maxillofacial defects

目的:探讨采用原发灶对侧颏下岛状皮瓣整复舌及口底缺损临床效果。方法:选择15例舌或口底肿瘤切除术后缺损患者,用对侧颏下岛状皮瓣进行整复,观察疗效。结果:皮瓣全部成活,供区瘢痕轻微,功能与外观满意。结论:原发灶对侧颏下岛状瓣在缺损中具有操作方便,成活率高,不影响根治等特点,是修复肿瘤切除所致舌及口底缺损的一种理想的术式选择,有望成为舌口底恶性肿瘤切除后即刻修复常规皮瓣。

Objective To investigate the effect of primary tumor contralateral submental island flap on reconstructing defects of the tongues and the mouth floor. Methods： 15 cases performed tongues or mouth floor tumor resection were reconstructed with primary tumor contralateral submental island flap, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results：All flaps survived the postoperations with mi- nor scars in the donor sites, and satisfactory functions and appearances. Conclusion： The recon- struction of tongue and the mouth floor defects with contralateral primary tumor submental island flap has many advantages, including easy obtaining and high survival rate and minimal donor sitemorbidity. Besides, It does not affect the radical therapies of defects. Therefore, it will be an ideal materials for repairing tongue and mouth floor defects.
