摘要 目的:评价社区实践对临床专业学生预防医学知识及实践技能的影响。方法:将临床专业本科生随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采取传统教学和社区实践教学,比较教学效果。结果:实验组学生的理论及技能成绩明显高于对照组。实验组学生的现场调查能力、解决问题能力、综合分析能力、合作能力、人际沟通能力、利用网络获取信息的能力、文献检索能力、语言表达能力等方面的评价明显高于对照组。结论:社区实践性教学使学生较好掌握预防医学理论和技能,提高学生各方面的能力。 Objective:To assess the impact of community practice on clinical major students about the preventive medicine knowledge and practice skills. Methods:Undergraduates of clinical medicine were randomly divided into the experiment and control group, which were giving traditional teaching and community practice teaching respectively, and then the teaching effect of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of theory and skill of the students in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group. While the abilities of on-the-spot investigation, problem-solving, comprehensive analysis, cooperation, interpersonal communication, obtaining information via internet,medical literature retrieval and expression in the experimental group was higher. Conclusion:Community practice teaching can enable the student better understand the theories and skills of preventive medicine so as to improve the abilities of the students in various aspects.
