Double coated PSA tape has been widely and largely used in FPC assembly industry. The general performance requirements of tape in FPC industry is described, application guide is provided through detail explanation on bonding materials, tape varieties and related test requests, etc. Besides, a high temperature resistant acrylic tape was introduced which could be used in bonding application under high temperature condition, especially suitable for FPC surface bonding before reflow process.
