摘要
联营项目是从挂靠和转包现象衍生出来的一种新的施工组织管理模式,包括联合营销和联合施工两个阶段。联营项目管理不同于挂靠与转包,类似于紧密型合约制的施工联营体,管控风险远远大于自营项目。联营项目必须着力规避经营管理风险,加强项目管控。
Joint construction is a new construction management model which is derived from subcontracting and linking, including joint marketing and joint construction. Joint construction is different from subcontracting and linking, it is similar to contracting construction consortium, its risk outweigh the self-support, joint construction must be focusing on how to avoid commercial risk and enhance project control.
