提出一种用于工程管理决策分析的时间锥模型,在这个模型中综合分析了多种影响因素在工程管理决策过程中所起到的作用及其影响权重,分析了工程管理决策中的各种影响因素的相互关系和波及范围,运用直观的模型为工程管理决策及其实施提供了具有实用价值的方法。

This paper describes the cone decision-making model which used to analysis influence factors in construction project management field, considers each effect, including weights, range and interrelation. The paper dis- cusses the procedure and method in detail, it also explains practicability of the method by analyzing engineering example.
