Discussion on Contract Risk Response in the International Construction Project

从对外工程承包企业的角度,对国际工程合同风险因素进行分类,介绍了风险回避、风险转移、风险控制、风险自留等合同风险应对措施,并具体阐述了进行风险应对需要注意的问题,以助于提高施工企业在国际工程中对合同风险的应对能力。

From the perspective of international contracting enterprises, this paper classifies the contract risks in the international project contract, introduces the risk counter-measures from risk off, risk aversion, risk control, risk retention, and expounds some problems which need to be paid attention to when response, in order to raise risk coping ability for the construction enterprises in international project.
