摘要
通过广州珠江新城B1-7项目基坑支护工程,讨论在场地狭窄的闹市区并且附近有运营的地铁隧道的情况下,进行基坑支护和土方开挖时产生的问题。考虑地质条件、主体结构形式、施工场地和地铁隧道等因素,提出采用环形结构支撑体系作为基坑支护结构,有效地解决了场地狭窄、阻碍主体结构施工的内支撑等问题。采用理正深基坑支护F-SPW 5.41和MIDAS/GTS两个软件进行计算,分析基坑开挖对地铁隧道、周边建筑物的影响。计算结果和监测数据显示,采用环形结构支撑体系有效地保证了地铁及周边建筑物的安全。
Based on Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town B1-7 foundation pit supporting project, the problems in pit support and soil excavation were discussed under the condition of narrow sites in city centre and the running subway tunnel nearby. Considering geological conditions, main structure forms, constructing sites and subway tunnel etc factors, annular structure supporting and protection of deep foundation pit were proposed to solve the problems in the soil excavation and the main structure construction. Using Lizheng deep pit supporting F-SPW 5.41 and MIDAS/GTS software, the effect of soil excavation on subway tunnel and buildings nearby was analyzed. The results show that the application of annular structure supporting and protecting can ensure the safety of subway and buildings nearby.
