Application of CM three-dimension composite foundation in high-rise building in the karst district

摘要 针对岩溶地区某高层住宅基础的选型与设计,详细论述了CM桩复合地基的工程特性、计算方法和检测评价。结果表明复合地基的承载力提高显著,沉降计算结果与实测值接近,证明该工程采用CM桩复合地基较好地满足了建筑安全和使用要求,具有造价低、工期短的优点。 The selection and design of the foundation in high-rise building in the karst district were discussed, which focused on the engineering characteristics, calculation method, detection and evaluation of CM three-dimension composite foundation. The results show that the bearing capacity of the composite foundation has been improved successfully, and the calculated settlement is approximate to the measured one. CM three-dimension composite foundation adopted in this project can satisfy tbe building safety and application requirement, and short time limit and less expense are its features.
