摘要
文章根据非均质浆体流态随着浆体平均流速增加的变化规律,考虑到浆体中固体颗粒组成,结合管道底部固体颗粒的起动条件和堆积速度的概念,研究了水平管道中工业浆体堆积速度的计算模型。该模型能较准确地预测水平管道中浆体的堆积流速。
According to the changing rules of heterogeneous slurry flow state with the increase of the mean velocity, considering the flow of multisized particulate slurries with wide range of particle diam- eters, and based on the condition of solid particle start action and the concept of deposit velocity, the measurement model of deposit velocity of commercial slurries in horizontal pipes is studied. The pre- diction of the deposit velocity of commercial slurries in horizontal pipes is satisfying.
