摘要
为了研究发动机功率对发动机传递给冷却液热量的影响,通过4A3L-T10发动机外接温控热交换器,对冷却液出口温度进行精确控制,得到相同冷却液出口温度下发动机不同功率冷却液传热量试验曲线。研究表明,冷却液的传热量随发动机功率升高而升高,传热量占燃烧热的比例随发动机功率升高而降低,比油耗随发动机功率升高先降低再升高,涡后排温随发动机功率升高而升高。
In order to study the effects of engine power on heat transfer from engine to lubricant,the paper applied an external temperature controlling heat exchanger to exactly control the lubricant's output temperature of the engine 4A3L-T10,then the testing curve of heat transfer of engine coolant under constant lubricant output temperature and different power was achieved.The research results indicate that with the raising of engine power,the lubricant's heat transfer rises,the proportion of heat transfer to total combustion heat decreases,the specific fuel consumption drops first and grows later,the emission temperature after turbo grows.
