基于ADAMS扭杆弹簧悬架运动学仿真分析

摘要 扭杆弹簧悬架是影响车辆操纵稳定性和行驶平顺性的关键部件之一。以某轻型车辆扭杆弹簧悬架为研究对象,利用ADAMS软件建立了刚柔耦合悬架模型,通过悬架随车轮上下跳动进行仿真,对其定位参数的变化范围进行对比,分析了单级和两级扭杆弹簧悬架运动学特性。结果表明,采用两级扭杆弹簧悬架设计可以提高操纵稳定性和行驶平顺性,为悬架设计提供了参考依据。 In this paper,a torsion-bar spring suspension for the vehicle was researched.A rigid-flexible coupling model of the suspension was built with ADAMS.The variation range of the suspension positional parameter was comparatively analyzed under the simulation test of suspension with wheel up and down.The kinematic characteristics of single-stage and two-stage torsion-bar spring suspensions were analyzed.The results indicate that the design of two-stage torsion-bar spring suspension can enhance the handling characteristics and riding comfort.This study can provide a reference for suspension design.
