应用桡骨远端掌侧锁定钢板治疗胸锁关节脱位和锁骨近端骨折

Palmar locking plate of distal radius fixation in treatment of sternoclavicular joint dislocation or proximal clavicle fractures

目的探讨应用桡骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗胸锁关节脱位和锁骨近端骨折的疗效。方法对3例胸锁关节脱位及7例锁骨近端骨折采用切开复位桡骨远端掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果 10例患者术后均得到随访,术后X线片检查均无再脱位、内固定失效、骨延迟愈合或骨不连,无血管、神经损伤等并发症。根据Rockwood评分法对术后患者进行评定,优9例,良1例。结论桡骨远端掌侧锁定钢板治疗胸锁关节脱位和锁骨近端骨折,利用锁定钢板的优势,具有固定可靠、风险小、疗效满意的优点。

Objective To investigate the effect of palmar locking plate of distal radius fixation on sternoclavicular joint dislo- cation or proximal clavicle fracture. Methods Three patients with sternoclavicular joint dislocation and seven patients with prox- imal clavicle fractures were treated by open reduction, palmar locking plate of distal radius fixation. Results All the ten patients were followed up. There was no neurovascular injury, hemopneumothorax, internal fixation failure, redisloeation or other compli- cations. The anatomical structure as well as appearance and function were restored. Postoperative X-ray films showed no disloca- tion. All cases were scored by Rockwood after the operation to assess the curative effect, with 9 cases of excellent and 1 case of good. Conclusion Palmar locking plate of distal radius fixation in treating sternoclavicular joint dislocation or proximal clavicle fractures has superiority over other methods with more stability, less risk and small chances of cardiovascular injury. It is an et＇- fective method in treating sternoelavicular joint dislocation or proximal clavicle fractures.
