OrbscanⅡ角膜地形图测量不同屈光度近视角膜厚度的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价裂隙扫描角膜地形图/角膜测厚系统在分析测量不同屈光度近视眼角膜厚度分布特征和应用价值。方法应用OrbscanⅡ角膜地形图测量55例(109眼)近视眼患者中心角膜厚度。结果高度近视眼与中低度近视眼在角膜中央区角膜厚度与近视屈光度上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 OrbscanⅡ角膜地形图能方便、准确、无创地测量不同屈光度近视全角膜厚度,应用于屈光手术术前、术后检查,用以指导制订手术方案、排除圆锥角膜等手术禁忌证,在角膜基础研究领域具有广泛的应用前景。 Objective To evaluate the application value of distribution characteristics in cornea thickness of myopia by using Orbscan corneal topography system.Methods The central corneal thickness of myopia in 55 cases(109 eyes) were measured by Orbscan corneal topography system.Results There were no significant differences in central corneal thickness and diopter between high myopic eyes and low to moderate myopic eyes(P〉0.05).Conclusion Orbscan corneal topography system is a noninvasive and accurate test which can conveniently be used to measure different corneal thickness of myopic diopter.Using in the preoperative and postoperative examination of refractive surgery,it can guide to establish the operation scheme,exclude of keratoconus and other operation contraindications.It has wide application prospects in the basic research of cornea.
