血管紧张素转移系统(RAS)在肝脏纤维化形成中的作用机制 被引量:2

摘要 肝纤维化是多种致病因子导致细胞外基质(ECM)过度沉积的过程。肾素血管紧张素系统(RAS)是机体重要的体液调节系统,在调节血压和水、盐代谢中发挥重要作用。近年来发现RAS与肝纤维化的发生也有着密切联系。特别是RAS中新的关键因子ACE2的发现丰富了RAS的作用,证明其主要通过水解AngII生成Ang(1-7))对抗ACE-AngII-AT1/AT2通路从而抗纤维化。本文结合近年的研究结果,就RAS中各关键因子在肝脏纤维化生成中的作用及其机制作一简要综述。
