自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮出血疗效观察

Clinical observation of Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids(RPH) in the treatment of bleeding hemorrhoids

目的:观察自动痔疮套扎术对痔疮出血的临床疗效。方法:应用自动痔疮套扎器对56例痔疮(单纯内痔26例,混合痔30例)并发出血患者行痔上粘膜套扎术。结果:56例患者共施行套扎治疗62例次,手术时间8～12min,平均10min。全部患者的便血症状术后1d均消失,术中及术后未发生不良反应及并发症。橡皮圈在7～10d内脱落,创面不留瘢痕。术后随访3～6月,其中有6例患者再次出现便血,行2次套扎治疗后便血症状消失。结论:自动痔疮套扎术对于痔疮出血的治疗简便、安全、有效。

Objective：To study the efficacy of Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids（RPH） in the treatment of bleeding hemorrhoids.Methods：A total of 56 patients（26 with internal hemorrhoids and 30 with mixed hemorrhoid） were performed by RPH.Results：56 patients were treated by RPH for 62 times.The operation time was eight to twelve minutes,the average of which is ten minutes.The symptom of bleeding eliminated in all the patients after one day underwent RPH.No untoward effects and postoperative complications were found within and after operations.Rubber rings drop off during seven to ten days without any scar.All the cases were followed up for three to six months,in six of whom the symptom of bleeding recurred,after a second RPH,the bleeding was completely eliminated.Conclusion：RPH is an excellent method for bleeding hemorrhoids which is simple,safe,rapid and effective.
