宫腔镜在绝经后阴道流血诊断中的应用价值

目的:探讨绝经后阴道流血原因及宫腔镜的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析105例绝经后阴道流血患者的宫腔镜检查结果与病理诊断结果。结果:105例顺利完成宫腔镜检查,宫腔镜检查后经病理确诊引起绝经后阴道流血的原因中子宫内膜良性病变占87.6%,子宫恶性肿瘤占9.5%,宫腔镜诊断与病理检查的符合率为85.3%。结论:宫腔镜下定位活检或诊刮可明确绝经后阴道流血的原因,可提高诊断准确率。

Objective：To investigate the cause of postmenopausal bleeding and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 105 outpatient cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding hysteroscopy results and pathology results.Results：105 cases of successful completion of the hysteroscopy,hysteroscopy confirmed by pathology after the cause of vaginal bleeding after menopause causes endometrial benign lesions were 87.6%,9.5% of uterine cancer,hysteroscopy diagnosis and pathological examination compliance rate was 85.3%.Conclusion：The hysteroscopic biopsy or curettage may be clear reasons for vaginal bleeding after menopause can improve diagnostic accuracy.
