摘要
介绍了惠来电厂4号机(1 000 MW)超超临界燃煤汽轮发电机组运转层施工中,预埋螺栓加固架的整体设计、制造、安装等施工技术。就如何根据现场实际情况合理利用材料资源,有效降低工程造价,确保螺栓埋设精度,达到符合设计与满足安装精度要求作了重点描述。
This article describes the benefits to power plant unit 4( 1 000 MW) the construction of ultra - supercritical coal - fired turbine generator operation, the embedded bolt reinforcement frame of the overall design, manufacture, installation and other construction technology. In accordance with the actual situation of the site on how the rational use of material resources ,reduce the project cost, to ensure that the bolts buried accuracy to meet the design and meet the installation precision requirements were the focus of description.
