摘要
针对企业人力资源管理过程中招聘环节面临的法律风险,采用法规解析及案例分析的方法,结合《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的具体规定,对企业在招聘环节面临的潜在法律风险做了具体阐述,用相关案例对这些风险做进一步的分析,并探讨了企业招聘过程中的法律风险防范与控制的措施,以帮助企业在人力资源管理过程中依法、合法招聘,最终建立和谐的劳资关系。
In view of legal risks in employment of human resource management,interpretation of regulation and case analysis were adopted to analyze in detail potential legal risks in recruitment interviews based on corresponding regulations in Labor Contract Regulations of People's Republic of China.Meanwhile,preventive measures against these legal risks are provided from both microscopic and macroscopic perspectives to offer instructive suggestions for enterprises to conduct legal employment and build harmonious labor relationship.
