摘要
针对建筑企业管理中房价上涨过快的问题,采用融资租赁经营的房地产开发经营新模式,通过对融资租赁各方的利益分析,指出采取增加社会筹资渠道解决问题的办法,特别是从刚性需求购房者、政府层面、房地产开发商、银行四个方面进行了分析。研究结果对于解决人民的生活条件,促进经济发展有促进作用。
Financing leasing is a new mode in real estate development and management to deal with fast-growing housing prices in construction enterprise management.Increase of social financing channels was pointed out as a solution based on the analysis of financing leasing parties' benefit.Particular analysis was made of house-purchasers with rigid demand,government,real estate developers and banks.These measures will greatly improve people’s living standard and promote economic development.
