“垮掉的一代”的文化反叛与社会建构身体观

Cultural nonconformity and body conception of the Beat Generation

针对美国20世纪中期"垮掉的一代"所引发的青年文化思潮现象,采用社会学身体论研究方法,分析了其在批判社会的过程中身体秩序被重置甚至被舍弃的诸多"现象"与"观念"。结果表明:"垮掉的一代"在文学领域开创的"自发式写作"和社会文化层面的种种"疯狂"行为都是对身体资源所代表的社会秩序的挑战与重置,以及对主流文化秩序的颠覆,从而引起了全社会的反文化思潮和反体制震荡。

In view of the youth cultural phenomenon in mid-20th century initiated by ＂Beat Generation＂,Goffman＇s conception of＂body＂ in social theory was adopted to study how Beat Generation writers transcribed their drug experience and body experiment onto the written page.The study shows that both ＂spontaneous writing＂ and ＂crazy＂ experimentation on＂body＂ advocated by Beat Generation were basically nonconformity with mainstream social culture and a quest for a spiritual liberation,whereby social norms were challenged and deconstructed.As a result,it aroused anti-culture thought and anti-system shock in the whole soceity.
