Synergy innovation is the indispensable way to promote the teacher education reform effectively. This depends on the teacher education reform＇s three features such as multi -system, multi -process and multi -field, and the same intrinsic logic relationship with the synergy innovation process which has the same goal, the open system and nonlinear interaction. Based on this, promoting the teacher education reform effectively needs establishing the synergy innovation idea, building the synergy innovation mechanism, constructing the synergy innovation platform, and so as to promote teacher professional development level overall.
