我国教师知识研究述评

A Review on Teacher Knowledge Research in PRC

摘要 我国教师知识研究始于20世纪90年代。教师知识既包括"给教师的知识",也包括"教师的知识"。我国教师知识研究经历了20世纪90年代末以前的萌芽阶段和21世纪初以来的发展阶段。我国的教师知识研究包括应然的教师知识研究和实然的教师知识研究,前者关注教师知识结构,后者关注教师实践性知识和教师个人知识。我国教师知识研究呈现研究方法多元化、理论研究系统化、研究本土化的发展趋势。 The researches on teacher knowledge have risen since the 1990s. Teacher knowledge consists of teachers' knowledge and knowledge for teachers. After giving an analysis on the concept of teacher knowledge, this paper probes into the research history of teacher knowledge and its content. Finally, this paper predicts the research trends for teacher knowledge in PRC.
