成人先天性肺内支气管囊肿的诊断及治疗

Surgical diagnosis and treatment of adult congenital intrapulmonary bronchiogenic cysts

目的 研究成人先天性肺内支气管囊肿的诊断与治疗。方法 1981～ 1997年我院手术治疗 4 1例成人先天性肺内支气管囊肿。男 2 7例 ,女 14例。年龄 10～ 6 3岁。咯血和咳嗽是肺内支气管囊肿的主要症状。结果 手术切除是治疗的最佳方法。本组肺叶切除 2 9例 ,全肺切除11例 ,肺楔形切除 1例。结论 手术可明确诊断 ,缓解症状 ,防止并发症。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of congenital intrapulmonary bronchiogenic cyst.Methods From 1981 to 1997,41 cases with intrapulmonary bronchiogenic cyst were operated.Of whom,27 male and 14 female ranging from 10 to 63 years old,hemoptysis and cough were the main symptoms. Results All cysts were complately excised,no complications and recurrence. Conclusion Operation is recommended to treat congenital intrapulmonary bronchiogenic to comfirm diagnosis,to relieve symptoms and to prevent complications.
