安定对创伤性迷路损伤后前庭代偿的影响

The Effects of Diazepam on Vestibular Compensation Following Unilateral Labyrinth injury

报告两例因创伤所致急性单侧前庭功能丧失病人,都因长期服用安定而代偿迟缓。本文复习了最近有关药物对前庭代偿影响的文献,作者认为一侧迷路功能急性丧失后,理想的治疗方案是使用没有前庭抑制作用的止吐剂,使病人早期进行前庭锻炼,以利代偿。前庭抑制剂如安定应慎重使用,长期使用会延迟前庭代偿。

This report presents two cases of unilateral acute labyrinth loss resulted from injury,each showing delay in compensation possibly due to long-term administration of diazepam.The recent literature of the effects of the drugs onyestibular compensation is reviewed.The vestibular'suppressants'property of diazepam delays compensation when used on a long-term basis.However,it might be useful in controlling vege- tative symptoms and thereby possibly facilitate compensation when used on a short- tern basis.
