摘要
某造船厂重型钢结构车间露天部分运行起重量达750kN吊车,吊车梁跨度达21m。为改进吊车梁安装技术、减少高空焊接作业量、提高安装效率及施工质量,采用一种新的吊车梁安装技术进行施工。整体组合式吊车梁的最大质量为32t,采用整体提升、靠拢、插入、下移、就位的方法进行安装,并对吊装机械的选择、吊装节点承载力及钢丝绳的选用等进行了详细分析与准备,最终使工程得以顺利实施,提高了安装效率(新安装技术的工效为传统安装技术的5.2倍)和施工质量,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
The 75 tons overhead crane runs on the outdoors part of a heavy steel structure plant at a shipyard. The span of the crane girder is up to 21 meters. One new kind of girder installation technology was adopted to improve the construction method, reduce the amount of overhead welding operation, and increase the installation efficiency and construction quality. The heaviest integral assembled girder was 32 tons. It was used the installation method including integral lifting, drawing close, inserting and moving down,and also made a detailed analysis and plan on the choice of the lifting equipment, bearing capacity of the lifting joint, selection of the steel wire ropes, etc. The project was finished smoothly, and the installation efficiency was raised up to 5.2 times that of the old method, the construction quality was improved, and good economic and social benefits were achieved.
